April "Kitten Shower" is the Purrfect time to donate needed items to help save lives!

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL- Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control are in need of supplies to help care for homeless kittens. "Kitten Season" is upon us and is the time of year when cats give birth, flooding animal shelters and rescue groups across the nation with homeless litters. Kitten season is really three seasons in one, starting in spring, peaking in late spring or early summer and ending in the fall.
Help save lives by donating items from the wish list (see below) beginning April 23, or attend the Kitten Shower, Saturday, April 23, from 1pm to 4pm and Sunday, April 24, from 2pm to 4pm taking place at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League (3100/3200 N. Military Trail) and Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control (7100 Belvedere Road)in West Palm Beach. Guests who attend the Kitten Shower will enjoy light refreshments, the SP561 hotdog truck from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, games, demonstrations and so much more!
KMR (Kitten Milk Replacer) Cans & Powder; Kitten Baby Bottles; Gerber Baby Food (chicken & turkey); Gerber Rice Cereal; Pedialyte (unflavored); Pee Pads; Soft Pate Kitten Food (no fish flavored); Unscented Baby Wipes; Cat Toys; Scratching Boards; Gauze Pads/Cotton Balls; Toothbrushes; Pine Litter; Paper Towels; Gift Cards (Walmart, Pet Supply Stores, Publix); Laundry Detergent & Original Blue Dawn Dish Soap; Snuggle Safe Heating Disk with Fleece Cover; and Electronic Food Scale (weighs in ounces up to four pounds).
