Pretty Polly, that's me! Playful and polite are also me! My age may fool you into thinking that I just want to lay around the house all day, but I assure you that's not the case. I still love to romp and play, especially when there are fun toys involved. I'll chase after a ball a few times, but stuffies are my favorite. I enjoy whipping my head back and forth as I carry them around in my mouth. I'm not only fun, but I'm smart too. I know all my basic commands and could learn so much more if you are willing to teach me. I just ask that treats be involved during our training sessions - I learn much better when there's food around :) Of course I promise to always be a gentle girl and take my treats nicely. So what do ya say? You wanna give a life with me a go?
Because I've had a few masses removed, I'm part of the Fospice Program. Foster me and all my routine medical care, food, medication and other supplies will be provided by Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, free of charge. Meet with an Adoption Coordinator to learn more.
I've been hard at work in the Good Dog Training Program! I've learned all sorts of cool things to help me become an upstanding member of society. If you adopt me, the shelter will put us through the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen training program for FREE. We can both officially become CGC certified!
