Bart's Story

My name is Bart, but it should be hog because I demand all the attention. There are no such things as strangers to me. As soon as I meet someone new, I am in their lap, wanting some scratches. I even try and get closer because even on your lap is not close enough to show my love. One of my favorite past times is to go on long walks! I get really excited, and my tail never stops wagging from the time the leash is on to the time I get back home. On walks, I love to explore and investigate everything. Once we get home, I will take a long nap and relax. So if you want a constant companion and live life on the quiet side, please consider adopting me!Because of my hypothyroid, I'm part of the Hospice Adoption Program. Adopt me and the shelter will provide a waived adoption fee, veterinary care and medication for my diagnosed condition, annual vaccines, monthly preventatives, a Palm Beach County Rabies tag and even prescription food if I need it. Meet with an Adoption Coordinator to learn more.
