Tito is a 5-year-old chihuahua that came to Peggy Adams in January 2022 with a group of 17 other dogs. Animal Care and Control reached out to Peggy Adams on the morning of January 13th to see if we could help with 18 dogs they were removing from the home of a backyard breeder. We said yes and immediately began to prepare for their arrival.
4 Shih Tzus, 3 pitbull puppies, and 11 chihuahuas showed up a couple of hours later. Almost all of them were very friendly and other than dental disease, most were healthy.
We were able to spay and neuter all of the dogs that were old enough and did not need dentals, and within a week they had all been adopted.
Tito found his loving forever home shortly after his arrival!
