Project Groups at Peggy Adams
Does your company have a 'voluntary time off' program or encourage employees to develop habits of service? Does your team need a team building experience and you're not sure who would host such an effort for FREE? Our project group program was designed for this very occasion. Your team will experience a large-scale animal shelter operation, gain valuable knowledge of the industry and how they can help and the League gets much needed hands, hearts and brains to help with our daily goals.
Designed for groups ages 17+, these groups provide much needed support on projects like deep cleans, painting, building, yard projects etc. For safety reasons, all projects are non-animal facing. A typical project group day might look something like this:
*Please note that we cannot host groups on Wednesdays, Saturday's & Sunday's. We cannot accommodate groups larger than 10 people and we are only able to host two groups each month*
Groups with teenagers must bring chaperones who will participate in the project and stay for the duration.
