Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League Offers Help to Those in Need through Peggy’s Pantry

WEST PALM BEACH, FL- (November 18, 2020) Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is aware that there are many in the community that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and may need assistance with caring for their pet during these challenging times. That is why Peggy Adams offers help, through Peggy’s Pantry, by providing life essential supplies such as wet and dry food for both cats and dogs.

Peggy’s Pantry is a program that temporarily assists families with feeding their pets and offers supplies, referrals/vouchers for low cost vet care, vaccines, and spay/neuter surgeries for their pets. The primary goal for Peggy’s Pantry is to keep pets with the people who love them and out of shelters.

Peggy Adams most recently partnered with Hospitality Helping Hands (H3), a nonprofit formed to help feed the hospitality workers, their families, local charities, and others in need due to the Coronavirus shutdown.  Every Saturday, H3 disperses food to those in need at the Port of Palm Beach from 2pm to 6pm. Peggy Adams has helped by supplying 7,000 pounds of dog food and 750 pounds of cat food in October alone.
