The Mission of the Young Friends of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is to create a strong network of the next generation’s community leaders and influencers who are passionate about animal welfare.

Capital Campaign Pledge

The Young Friends have pledged $25,000 towards the new Pet Adoption Center being built at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. Summer in Paradise Fairy Tale Playhouse Auction

On June 7th, the City of West Palm Beach unveiled the Fairy Tale Playhouses as part of their Summer in Paradise promotion. Peggy Adams was selected as one of fifteen area charities to participate and pair up with a local artist. We were partnered with the very talented Frank Navarette, who transformed our playhouse to depict Jack and the Beanstalk. Each playhouse also had a decorated mailbox outside – ours was a cow! The houses were on display in June and July, where the public could vote for their favorite playhouse to win the “People’s Choice Award.” On July 26th, each house was auctioned off to benefit their corresponding charities. We are thrilled to report that Frank Navarrette’s depiction of Jack and the Beanstalk, partnered with Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, won the People’s Choice Award out of the more than 8,000 votes taken.
